February Bootcamp Special
6 Weeks  Feb 24th - April 5th 
Welcome!  Congrats for taking the leap to get fit and healthy. We will help you achieve your goals.  Each month we have a new format to keep our boot camps fresh, fun, sweaty and full of results.  All you need to do is come to class, give 150%, eat healthy and have fun. It's that simple. You do your part and we do ours.  We guarantee you will have results.  


  • Bootcamp Classes 5 days a week

  • Unlimited access to the following classes: 

       Krav Maga, Kickboxing & Yoga 

  • Unlimited use of the Weight Room

  • Meal Plan E-Book with menus, recipes, shopping list.

  • Optional Weigh In, Measurements, Before and after photos 

  • Come to class, train 100%, eat healthy and GET RESULTS!


Mondays - Fridays  5:30am - 6:30am 


Mondays, Wednesdays

6:30pm - 7:15pm

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, 

6:00pm - 7:00pm


Fridays - 6:00pm -6:45pm
