All you need to do is come to class, give 150%, eat healthy and have fun. It's that simple. You do your part and we do ours. We guarantee you will have results.
Bootcamp Classes 5 days a week
Unlimited access to the following classes:
Krav Maga, Kickboxing & Yoga
Unlimited use of the Weight Room
Meal Plan E-Book with menus, recipes, shopping list.
Optional Weigh In, Measurements, Before and after photos
Come to class, train 100%, eat healthy and GET RESULTS!
Mondays - Fridays 5:30am - 6:30am
6:30pm - 7:15pm
Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays,
6:00pm - 7:00pm
Fridays - 6:00pm -6:45pm
